Sunset Series welcomes 'Kallidad' back to Denmark, December 4th to bring on those summer vibes!
Denmark crowd favourites Kallidad combine Spanish guitar sorcery with rock and roll energy to create a once in a lifetime sound. The trio's notorious white facepaint masks their identities, shifting the focus to a musical style that is alive, intense, emotional & powerful.
Kallidad's music is all instrumental! No lyrics are necessary to feel the energy and passion behind the music. Booming percussion and shredded nylon string guitars weave a deep web of sound that always leaves audiences breathlesss and begging for more.
Proudly supported by one of the finest local rocking tribute bands EXP who will morph from their usual electric psychedelic rock domain into acoustic territory, with David Gillett (ex Witchy Gypsies) busting out his new nylon string while mainstay bassist/vocalist David Rastrick switches to double bass & Mark Gretton brings his rhythmically flowing percussive flavours ro the mix. Expect to hear Jimi Hendrix 'Acoustic Ladyland' and a host of other suprises.
